Jim Lilly is excited to expand his career in construction by joining REDRHINO‘s team. Having worked in construction for over 20 years, Lilly’s knowledge and experience provides a solid base for his future in epoxy.
Prior to starting his own firm, Lilly worked in sales for a commercial construction company. During this time, he realized he had a different vision for customer satisfaction. This motivated Lilly to open his own general contracting firm and in 2007, NVA Contracting Corporation was born. NVA deals mostly in commercial work and property management, but also takes on residential jobs throughout Virginia. In owning this business, he forged connections with many commercial companies and realized there was a high demand for epoxy in his area. Lilly saw this as a huge opportunity, and began looking for ways to tap into this market. Upon learning about REDRHINO’s manufacture and installation of their own product, he became interested in opening a franchise. This demand, paired with marketability and brand recognition, made his decision to create a future with REDRHINO easy.
Lilly moved to Virginia after attending Marshall University in West Virginia. He has now lived there for over 20 years with his wife and two children. He looks forward to providing Virginia with top notch epoxy floors and service.
